  • Account details such as your name, email address, password authentication data, workspace details, team invitations, and account preferences.
  • Content you create or upload, including captions, drafts, scheduled posts, media assets, comments, inbox items, and publishing history.
  • Connected account data from social platforms you choose to link, such as account identifiers, access tokens, refresh tokens, permissions, analytics, and comments needed to provide the service.
  • Billing and subscription information processed through Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
  • Technical information such as device, browser, IP address, log data, cookies, and usage events needed for security, reliability, and product improvement.

How we use information

  • To create and secure your account, authenticate sessions, manage workspaces, and support team collaboration.
  • To schedule, publish, sync, analyze, and manage social media content based on the actions and permissions you provide.
  • To send operational emails such as invitations, publishing failure alerts, billing notices, and account-related messages.
  • To maintain platform security, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, and improve OnSyncPost features and performance.

Sharing and service providers

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We share information with service providers that help operate OnSyncPost, including hosting, database, storage, email, authentication, billing, queueing, analytics, and social platform integrations.
  • We may share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
  • When you connect a social platform, information is exchanged with that platform according to your permissions and the platform's own terms and privacy policy.

Data retention

  • We keep information for as long as needed to provide OnSyncPost, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain backups.
  • You can request deletion of your account or workspace data. Some information may remain in backups, audit logs, billing records, or records we must keep for legal or security reasons.

Your choices

  • You can update account details, disconnect social accounts, remove team members, delete drafts or media, and manage subscription settings from the app where those controls are available.
  • You can revoke connected social platform permissions from the relevant platform account settings.
  • You can contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, subject to identity verification and applicable law.

Security

  • We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for managing access for users invited to your workspace.

International processing

  • OnSyncPost and its service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have different data protection laws.

Children

  • OnSyncPost is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
